What we do

Furniture services built around one standard

Repair, polishing, upholstery and restoration handled by specialists, quoted in writing and finished to last.

Our services

One team for the frame, the finish and the fabric

Most furniture problems overlap. A chair with a loose frame usually has a tired finish and a flattened seat too. Because our repairers, polishers and upholsterers work together, you get one plan, one estimate and one delivery date for the whole piece.

Choose a service below to see exactly what is included, how the work is done and what to expect from the result.

Furniture Repair

Structural repair for anything that wobbles, sags, splits or sticks. We take joints apart, clean out old glue, rebuild with fresh adhesive and dowels, and replace broken parts with matched timber.

Furniture Polishing

Surface restoration that brings back depth and protection. From a light revive to a full strip and refinish in French polish, lacquer, PU, melamine or oil.

How pricing works

Transparent estimates, every time

Furniture work is priced by the job, not by the hour, so you know the total before we start.

01

Assessment

Free inspection from photos or a visit. We identify the cause of the problem and what it will take to fix it properly.

02

Written estimate

A clear written quote covering scope, materials, fabric, timeline and price. Options are listed separately so you can choose.

03

Agreed changes only

If we discover hidden damage, we stop and explain before doing anything that would change the price.

Questions & answers

Service questions

Straight answers to the questions people ask us most before booking. If yours is not here, call or message us and a technician will help.

If it moves, creaks or is broken, start with repair. If it looks dull, scratched or stained, polishing is usually enough. If the seat or cover is worn, you need upholstery. Not sure? Send photos and we will recommend the right combination.

Yes. Pickup and delivery can be arranged for workshop jobs. Pieces are wrapped with blankets and stretch film and handled by trained staff.

Where suitable, we use water-based stains, low-odour finishes and natural oils and waxes. For high-wear surfaces we may recommend a tougher finish and will explain why.

We will tell you during the assessment. Sometimes a part can be remade or a piece reworked into something new. We never charge for a repair we do not believe will last.
